Office Based, Henley In Arden

We are seeking a Resourcer to join our busy and growing team at Henley Executive.

This is a full-time, office-based role, based in our lovely offices in Henley-in-Arden. We need someone enthusiastic who has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn, and who is happy to communicate with candidates via phone, email, and social media.

As a Resourcer, day-to-day, your role will entail:

  • Identifying and speaking to suitable candidates via phone and email
  • Updating the database with candidate and client information
  • Formatting candidate CVs
  • Arranging candidate interviews
  • Sending out interview and offer confirmations
  • Supporting the Team with Candidate/CV Sourcing
  • Ensuring candidates are kept updated and managed through the recruitment process

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

  • Confident user of MS Office Suite, Including Excel
  • Experienced in utilising and updating CRM Systems
  • Confident communication skills via phone and email
  • Willingness to explore and adapt to new technologies, systems and processes as needed

Whether you are currently a Resourcer, working within Recruitment or from an office administration background and looking for a new challenge, we’re open to backgrounds as long as you are keen to learn, as full training will be provided.

If successful, you can expect a salary of £26,000 – £28,000, depending on the experience you can offer. If you are interested, please send your CV in application to be considered for an interview.
